Unlimited Queue Size

• Double-Take can now queue to disk, providing virtually unlimited queuing on the source and target. The amount of memory to use for queuing can still be configured up to 1 GB, and Double-Take will use the specified amount of
  memory to queue first, and then queue to disk.


Task Command Processing

• Tasks can now be submitted to Double-Take and can be processed at different points on the source and target. A submitted task becomes a Double-Take operation and flows through the queues like a mirror or replication operation.


Support for Windows(r) Server 2003

• Double-Take is supported on all versions of Windows 2003, and GeoCluster is supported on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition and Datacenter Edition.
  Versions of Double-Take and GeoCluster prior to 4.3 are not supported on
  Windows 2003.
  


Eight-node Cluster Support

• The Double-Take Source Connection resource and GeoCluster support Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition and Datacenter Edition eight-node clusters.


Majority Node Set Quorum Support

• Clusters using majority node set quorums are also supported by GeoCluster and Double-Take.

Virtual Target Architecture
